AVLSys Cloud Migrations

Eliminate uncertainty from your migration process with our fully managed migration service. From defining the project scope to creating a detailed roadmap and carrying out the entire migration, AVLSys is here assist you at every stage.

1. Scoping

Every project starts by determining the scope.
In this step we will:

  • Determine the number of domains

  • Get a headcount of migrated accounts

  • Discuss what data needs to be included

2. Migrate

Next, we copy your data to the new solution.
This includes:

  • Users and Groups

  • Emails, Contacts, and Calendars

  • Drive data (if included in your plan)

3. Verify

We check the copied data to make sure everything is ready for game time.
In this step we:

  • Make sure Users and Groups are all there

  • Check permissions for shared drives

  • Have a few Users check their Email data

4. Deploy

The moment we've all been waiting for is here! It's time to migrate.
In this step we will:

  • Provide Users Access to their new accounts

  • Give instructions on migrating signatures

  • Assist wherever needed
